I must admit the 2024 election floored me. I took time to regroup and now I am working on the final edits of my next book, Aralina, Arisen: The Goddess Chronicles. This narrative provided so much joy as I wrote it. It started out as a dark fantasy book — until two surprise characters showed up who changed the narrative, forcing evil to its rightful place.

Tell me, what do you think of my blurb?

Aralina, a young goddess, who lived in the most maghikal place on Earth, Skye Isle, Scotland. This area is known for its mysterious fairie pools and the breathtaking waterfalls that created them. Aralina lived in a cozy cottage near the fairie pools on the outskirts of her mother’s protected village. Her life changed forever and her adventure began when demons chased her until she fell exhausted onto the cold forest floor protected by sylphs, pixies, and other elemental beings in the forest.

Aralina expected to be chastised by her mother for living so far away from the wards of the village.  But she would soon discover there was so much more at stake than she could have imagined. When a mysterious stranger comes to town she feels an undeniable connection.  But who is he? Where did he come from? More importantly, who sent him? Aralina’s world is full of deep secrets. Her father for one. Aralina wondered who he is yet her mother never spoke of him.

With the chase in the forest, a chain of events are unleashed on the safe cozy world of Aralina’s. This journey is fraught with danger, demons, fickle fae and seraphim. Ancient Magh and her Fae protector warned her that Hell is coming for her. She is thrust into an unknown world she felt ill-equipped to handle. Was she destined for greater things or will an unexpected evil presence cause her dire harm? Aralina must look within herself for the answers.

Thanks for reading,
