About

We founded Scribe Hive Publishing in 2023 as a solution. We were all newbie authors, all working feverishly on our manuscripts, all navigating the intracasies of publishing. We were all wondering what came next. Querying agents? Hiring editors? How many kinds of editors? How long would it take to find an agent? How long would it take for the agent to get a deal?

Some were discouraged and wary of the predatory practices in publishing. There are so many companies out there who are eager to charge thousands of dollars for minimal return.

We decided to create a publishing cooperative that puts authors first. We are absolutely commited to our authors, and to changing the model for publishing by giving indie authors  the power of a brand and community. Self-published, but not alone. We provide structure, guidance, and direction with the benefit of shared resources and a commitment to quality.

We are authors, women, and artists with busy lives and lots of determination. Together we are a publishing alliance that ensures our stories are told.

Why “self-publish” when you can be part of a Hive?
